The new warehouse facility will have a conveying system that takes the product directly from the existing pulp and paper mill to the new warehouse distribution center located adjacent to the mill and a part of Resolute’s 75,000-acre Calhoun development.

St. Louis based developer CRG is pleased to partner with Resolute Forest Products Inc. for the development of at 310,000-square-foot expandable distribution center to handle the robust growth of its tissue products division in Calhoun, Tennessee. Expandable by 550,000-square-feet, the facility will serve as the main distribution center for the manufacturer’s logistic chain.

The new warehouse facility will have a conveying system that takes the product directly from the existing pulp and paper mill to the new warehouse distribution center located adjacent to the mill and a part of Resolute’s 75,000-acre Calhoun development.

Construction is scheduled to be complete October 2018. Clayco will serve as the design-builder on the project and its subsidiary, BatesForum is the architect on the project.

This is Clayco’s latest project in the region. It recently completed a 850,000 square foot Amazon fulfillment center.
