CRG is providing turn-key build to suit services to complete the new BioSpace for Pfizer in Chesterfield, Missouri. The new, dual-purpose structure will pursue LEED Silver certification and be comprised of 240,000 square feet of laboratory space and 70,000 square feet of office space. The design partnership of BatesForum and EwingCole merged the expertise and talents of both firms where the unique combination of both research and development labs combined with office and meeting spaces creates one of the most progressive facilities in the pharma industry. Collectively, all architecture, landscape design, engineering, interior and lab/process design was provided by BatesForum and Ewing Cole.
