Principal, Chief Development Officer
As principal chief development officer of CRG, Chris McKee is in charge of guiding the industrial, commercial and multifamily developments across the United States. He has led the CRG team to develop more than 5,000 acres of land and delivered over 160 million square feet of assets exceeding $9 billion in value. Chris has an established background in identifying and delivering valuable real estate development opportunities. Using his experience in the political and financial markets, Chris works to create robust financing packages utilizing federal, state and local incentive packages while working closely with financial institutions for maximum benefit to the client. Chris has 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is a member of the Young President’s Organization St. Louis Chapter, a member of Missouri Baptist Medical Center’s and Washington University Catholic Student Center Board of Directors.
