CRG Unveils its Bucktown Neighborhood Development A.M. 1980

Multifamily Rental Building at the Intersection of Milwaukee and Armitage Avenues Now Leasing

CHICAGO, IL – CRG is developing A.M. 1980, a multifamily rental building at the intersection of Milwaukee and Armitage Avenues in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood. Located at 1980 North Milwaukee Avenue, just south of Logan Square, the new building will be 110,000-square-feet with approximately 132 units, and 16 parking spaces.

A.M. 1980 will include studio, junior one bedroom, one and two-bedroom options.
